Who is The Operator Collective for?
Operators who have always lived between the lines of a single title: Chiefs of Staff, senior EAs, senior PAs, estate and house managers, directors of residences, family office operators, lifestyle, concierge, and travel professionals, and wealth and financial operations consultants. Members work in-house, fractionally, or independently, and most have three or more years in their function.
Why is membership by application?
Because curation is the product. The room is only as valuable as the people in it, and our members trust each other with real situations. We review every application personally to keep that standard.
What does invite only mean for Pro?
Pro is a smaller, vetted circle for senior operators and practice builders. Community members can request Pro at any time, and experienced operators can apply directly. We extend invitations based on seniority, practice, and fit with the current circle.
Do members get access to all Collective events?
Yes, for public events such as workshops, panels, and socials. Members receive priority in tier order, so Pro is confirmed first, then Community, then Open. Priority also means discounted or complimentary tickets depending on your tier, and a held seat when space is tight.
What about private, curated gatherings?
Private gatherings are small and built around a specific seat profile, such as a dinner for estate leaders or a roundtable for fractional Chiefs of Staff. Each invitation lists who the room is for. We fill seats with members who fit that profile first. Membership on its own does not guarantee a seat when the fit is not right, and that standard keeps every room high signal.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. The Collective runs on Chatham House norms: you may use what you learn, but not who said it. Principal and client names stay out of the room.
Can I expense my membership through work?
Many companies offer a professional development or learning budget, and membership often qualifies. If a receipt or an overview of what membership includes would help your request, email hello@thenichegroup.co and we will send one.
What is founding membership?
The first 50 members join at a founding rate that stays locked for as long as their membership is continuous. Once the founding window closes, pricing moves to standard rates.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. To cancel, email hello@thenichegroup.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle. All purchases are final, and no refunds or credits are issued. A founding rate ends if a membership lapses.
